Awesome clip- Emmylou is a goddess and she sounds as awesome today as ever....
I am an Emmylou slut from way back. Remember "Pieces of the Sky"? I also am a fan of Robbie as I am sure you know. Great clip. And Jeff is right, she still sounds as good as ever and might possibly be even better looking at 60.
Granny- A voice like no other- truly!
Jeff- She sounds better actually. At least to me she does. Could be that she's a woman of her convictions and never strayed from them, as opposed to the "Portrait of Dorain Grey" effect- bitch looks AMAZING!!! And still sounds as pure and clear.
EG- Of course I do, one of my all time favorites! And honey I think she looks better myself- and I do know you're a Robbie fan, yet another reason why I adore you.. You're a man of impeccable taste. And she really is more stunning at 60 than she ever was.
the last waltz was the first dvd i ever bought and i can't count how many times i've watched it.
mavis staples brought the weight to life.
Billy- I knew there was something I liked about you other than your favorite authors.. And Mavis was a real Diva- unlike the poseurs we're stuck with these days.
